Nerium oleander
The plant is up to 1.5 m high. The stems are branching, the leaves are narrow, like those of a willow. The flowers, 2.5 cm in diameter, sit in bunches at the ends of the shoots. The color is pink, red and white.
The plant loves light, requires regular and abundant watering in summer and moderate in winter. The soil is nutritious, loose, with coarse-grained sand.
After flowering, the branches are cut short, since flowers are formed on strong annual shoots.
The seeds are sown in pots with light sandy soil, lightly sprinkled with earth. The planting container is covered with glass, the soil is kept moist.
The optimum temperature for germination is 22-25 ° C.
